Instructional Teams (8 teachers & their principal) from 12 Virginia middle schools are using Power Tools literacy strategies in their core content areas.
The Power Tools for Adolescent Literacy blog allows teachers to share and showcase what they are doing in their classrooms, offers a forum for questions, provides an opportunity for school administrators to share the progression of change as teachers implement the strategies, and lets viewers read posts of how teachers are working to effectively use Power Tools strategies they learned at the workshop.
